I spent $30k on a used pickup truck last week and it was late. We took the test drive literally around the block and was told any issues found by Tuesday will be taken care of and not to worry. I came in Tuesday and had expressed concerns regarding the steering wheel violently shaking when I stop and that the brake rotors were wrapped. Worst experience I have ever had servicing my jeep. I had my jeep towed here after it died on the freeway. They look at it, and tell me there is nothing they can do the engine is locked up. It’s worth nothing unless I get a new engine for 15k. I go to get it towed to another mechanic. I go to get my keys from Stewart who was my service tech and he tells me he will keep it until the tow truck gets there even though I had already paid for my vehicle. The service department left ... I have both bought and sold cars with this dealership. What an incredible awesome experience both times from the sales team the repair team, the used car team I cannot speak highly enough. Not like most car dealerships I have dealt with my most recent experience was with Austin at the 34th Street store in St. Pete. You will find competent and knowledgeable sales people who are low pressure.

Took my Jeep wrangler in to have the air conditioning checked and was told my bumper and winch were blocking the air flow thats why the air wasnt cold. 4 days without a call i was told it was ready. Scam service shop. Went in and they recommended every unnecessary item replaced. Also paid diagnostic fee to address brake squealing and they recommended to replace the front calipers. I asked them how they arrived to this conclusion and they could not tell me. So I paid for a diagnostic that did not occur and they just tried to slap me for the most expensive component they could when they aren’t even sure if it would solve the problem. Stay away

Service Dept was Horrible to deal with was yelled at by a service writer "Alex" for calling him on a repair , Service Manager Ron Meany witnessed the whole incident and did nothing about it . There is no accountability here if even the mngmt look the other way go anyplace else . I have purchased 5 vehicles from here and it will not be 6 !

Service center refuses to provide loaner on warranty work where the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Facebook reviews are censored and cannot be seen. I was told that although I shouldn’t drive my truck far, they won’t give me a loaner “until” it breaks down. It’s a 2020 vehicle with less than 20k miles. Asked for a manager and none came to talk to me.
